1. General Information
BLADEARMOUR S.r.l Unipersonale, VAT Reg. and Tax Code no. REA FERRARA, and with registered office at Via Carlo Mayr 9/a, 72/74/76/78 in Ferrara, Italy (hereafter referred to as BLADEARMOUR) provides all its clients with the opportunity to purchase BLADEARMOUR products, and a range of additional services. These general sales conditions are regulated by the Consumer Code (Legislative Decree no. 206/2005 and subsequent amendments), and by current norms governing e-commerce (Legislative Decree no. 70/2003 and subsequent amendments). In the event of variations to the General Conditions, those published on the site will be applied to the purchase order at the time that it is submitted by the Client.

2. How to order
Orders can be submitted using the online order system on our website: www.bladearmour.com. Incoming orders can only be cancelled if sufficient notice is given in written form, and by agreement with BLADEARMOUR. Orders already being prepared cannot be cancelled. A purchase agreement entered into between BLADEARMOUR and a Client will be considered as binding once the order has been accepted by BLADEARMOUR (even in part). When a Client submits an order, in one of the various ways provided, he must declare that he has read all the information supplied during the purchase procedure, and that he accepts the commercial terms and conditions in full.

3. Prices
The prices shown in the BLADEARMOUR online catalogue are inclusive of VAT. Prices can be subject to variation without notice. The price indicated is ex-warehouse and additional expenses are payable by the Client. These include: • Shipping costs • Collection fees (dependent on type of payment chosen) • Insurance expenses • Excise duty. If a Client is making a purchase from a country outside the EEC, BLADEARMOUR will charge a VAT-free sales price, which will therefore be lower than the price shown in the online catalogue. The Client must undertake to pay the taxes applicable in his own country, as well as excise duty on the goods.

4. Transport
Shipping will be entrusted to BLADEARMOUR’s usual carriers, unless otherwise agreed. Shipping costs will be debited directly in the invoice. Delivery will be to ground floor level and during office hours, unless otherwise agreed. At time of delivery, the client should check the integrity and number of the packages in line with the transport document. If any anomalies are found, BLADEARMOUR should be informed of these within 48 hours, via Fax or email to the Sales Office. They should also be noted on the transport document, marking it as “Goods Accepted Subject to Inspection”.

5. Delivery
Orders arriving before 12.00 noon on weekdays will be processed the same day and delivered to the relevant carrier, following proof that payment has arrived. Other orders will be processed on the following weekday. Goods can be collected from our warehouse with minimum notice of 1 hour (either by phoning or emailing our sales service). Normal delivery times are 1 to 2 working days within Italy (3 to 5 working days for consignments abroad) following the day that the order has been processed.

6. Payment
Payment can be made in advance by bank transfer, by credit card, or through PayPal.

7. Withdrawal
Under the terms of Legislative Decree No. 206 of 06/09/05, the customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase agreement within 10 days of the delivery of the goods. To exercise his right to withdraw, the client must send a written communication by registered post to: BLADEARMOUR S.r.l Unipersonale, VAT Reg. and Tax Code no. REA FERRARA, and with registered office at Via Carlo Mayr 9/a, 72/74/76/78, Ferrara, Italy. The right to withdraw is, however, subject to the following conditions: • The right applies to the product purchased in its entirety; it is not possible to exercise the right to withdraw solely on part of the product • The goods purchased must be integral within the terms of the law; the costs of returning the goods must be paid by the client. Until we receive proof of delivery to our warehouse, the consignment remains the complete responsibility of the client. If the product has been opened and the seals broken, the cost of the goods will not be refunded.

8. Disputes
Any disputes will be brought before the courts of Ferrara.
